Although there is some ability to filter information, and I agree with you,
that it will be great (and I think it will be a requirement at some point for
recreational vessels), once we see even boats from 30 feet on up, with AIS,
the screens are going to get very crowded.--especially in the major harbors
and traffic lanes.

There are many times in the past I would have loved to have it--and especially
had fishing vessels transmitting their information!
