[PUP] USAA insurance

Actually the elegibility is a bit broader than Ron suggested.  From the USAA
web site:
  a.. Children of USAA members.
  b.. Active-duty officers and enlisted personnel.
  c.. National Guard and Selected Reserve officers and enlisted personnel.
Both of my children have all of their insurance with USAA.  The Officer only
was removed a number of years ago.  But I am not sure if you can join after
you have been discharged.  There is a page on the USAA web site which will
check your status.
