Read down a bit.  In the updates section. "Since it appears we now have now
achieved more than unity, I am going to do an embargo on releasing all further
information."

Third paragraph sums it up
for right now. It takes more energy to make the 
radio waves, than what the
radio waves can produce in Hydrogen fuel:
