Not exactly.... The restrictive dates are actually July 1 to November 1.
But, the Jackline policy does NOT require the yacht to be "out of the
hurricane region", it leaves that decision up to you, but does not cover you
for Tropical Windstorm damage while in the restricted area, during the
restricted period.

Actually there's a good place to look for commentary on claims handling that
is open for reading by the general public. That's www.ssca.org (Seven Seas
Cruising Association) look for their "Discussion Board", and "Insurance and
Finance" under that.
