Things must have changed recently. Where were eggs and poultry taken? I have
made over 20 trips to Mexico and never had any agricultural inspection. I
have taken lots of wine into Mexico. Mexican beer is very good--wine is
questionable in my opinion. There are some great rums and tequilla in Mexico.
Also there are plenty of supermarkets--and better yet the central
market--which is part of the cruising experience.

I am not sure what current regulations are, but in the past we went to TJ and
picked up our ham license and exchanged some dollars and picked up medications
we might need for the trip.
