[PUP] GRIB files & Hurricane Dean

I have been watching the Grib files for the Caribbean for the last few days
waiting for them to get on board and show Hurricane Dean.....so far they
show nothing higher than a gale :-(

We have noticed this in the past to an extent however this is scary to think
that they are so far in error as to be dangerous in their inaccuracy for
storms like this.

Is anyone else seeing this or am I alone here?
