[PUP] Pepper spray

Here's an interesting concept that's been forwarded before. Take an old fire 
extinguisher, open it up and empty the contents. Clean, dry, fill with 
cayenne pepper (the HOT stuff, not the regular), charge it up and it makes 
one helluva self protection device. On the outside, it's just a fire 
extinguisher. Just don't make the mistake of trying to put out a fire with 
it!
