[PUP] New Wave Piercing Passagemaker

O.K. A vessel with a lightship displacement of 15 tons carrying 12 
tons of fuel powered by a single V12 1650hp Caterpillar engine making 
30 knots with the master stateroom in the bow hits a sunken 
container. The kite won't help.

If that's the future of passagemaking, call me cynical.
