[PUP] Any experience with IMG for international medical insurance coverage?

Researching catastrophic medical insurance for our cruise, I came across IMG
(International Medical Group).  I can buy a policy for my wife and I for
about $1,900/year ($5,000 deductible).  It has the following conditions:

a.  Pre-existing conditions not covered until 24 months has elapsed, then
only if disclosed
b.  Must depart the US within 30 days of policy issue
c.  Must stay outside the US for 6 months, then it can be in effect when you
return
d.  Evacuation provided for patient and one other person.
d.  $5,000,000 lifetime benefit

Overall this is just what I'm looking for.  Do any list members have
experience with IMG?  Alternatives with real world claims experience?
