GL: Waterford Tugboat Roundup

It's September and that means the Waterford Tugboat Roundup is next 
weekend, Sept 11.  I am entered as a participant for the 3rd year now.  
There will be a few dozen commercial tugs, museum tugs, and a few others.  
All the boats are available for boarding.  And there are a few special 
events such as the Push-Off Contest, where the tugs go out in the river and 
start banging noses.

This event draws some 20,000 visitors and is the social event of the 
season.

Bragging rights go to the winner of the People's Choice Award ... and I
