GL: Household insurance

A while ago, we sold our cars and a lot of our "stuff" and took off on the  
loop. Now we have sold our house and all our "stuff" is in a storage 
facility.  While we owned our home, the stuff in storage was covered, but not any  
more. Does anyone out there have a resource for reasonably priced insurance 
 for household goods kept in a storage locker that is not part of a normal  
homeowners policy?  There is insurance available from the storage place,  
but the price is 3 or 4 times what I ever paid for insuring my  home plus 
contents. There must be something out there.
