GL: Pump Outs /Creative Solutions

All Hands,

John Gill put out a suggestion to deal with the 'pump out' issue.  If we are
to continue this thread, it needs to stay within the boundaries of boating
and resolving the question at hand.

As is expected when discussions that include the word 'tax' are opened,
there can be visceral reactions.  This subject is starting to weave into a
political / taxed enough discussion and that is not appropriate for the GL
list.

Please keep any further discussion on this issue confined to the subject and
just leave out the political rants.  If you wish to go off on the
government, politics, taxes in general (and most of us do that once in a
while), please do so in private emails, not to the list.

I'm moderating posts to this thread in an attempt to keep this subject on
track.  If a post is deemed too political or inflammatory, it will not be
put through to the list.
