GL: Southern Lake Champlain quick haul

Friend of mine is in Whitehall at the moment, still able to move, but needs 
a lift to get one of his drives repaired.
It's a 21,000 pound boat, in the south end of Lake Champlain.
Any suggestions on what marina can do the lift?

Whitehall Marina (518 499 9700) has upgraded to larger boats recently and
may have an adequate lift. North of there; Chipman Point (802 948 2288) and
Buoy 39 (802 948 2411) marinas have lifts, but maybe of marginal capacity.
Champlain Bridge Marina (802 759 2049) lists a 30 ton lift.
