GL: More on/ Dock Lines

Someone mentioned splicing. I was having difficulty splicing 3 strand many
years ago when a friend in the wire rope business noticed my struggles. He
quickly showed me a simple way to splice. It is so easy that even I can
remember how to do it some 23 yrs later.
It is so much better than the manner suggested in Chapman's and the like.
I have penned a short article on "how to" and it is on my web page, cl on
