GL: Fuel prices

On our trip from Annapolis to Corpus Christi in Feb 09 I also found the least
price for fuel to be at Ocean Marine at Portsmouth VA where we paid $1..759
until we got to the gulf when we paid $1.4277 all taxes included at Talen's
Marine & Fuel in Morgan City LA. This was a fuel barge that was recommended by
a towboat captain. They have services from Port Arthur TX to Mobile AL.
Minimum purchase 200 gallons. Call towboat captains to find out where they
are.
