Hey Sterling,
At the risk of giving away my favorite shopping spot......check out the 
thrift store downtown and get nice shirts for $1 and jeans for $2.  Also, if 
you need any work done on the boat go to the bakery or the marina and ask 
for the "tribe".  They do excellent work at good rates, and they are honest.
