GL: outboards

Hello Len,
    Just read your posting on the GL List. I have friends here in
Fairhope AL who did most of the loop last year in a small boat (25'?) with out
boards and are about to complete the loop shortly. The would be a great source
of info for you. Not sure if they are on the GL List or not so here is their

    While they have a larger
boat too, they chose this manner of 'sail' in order to be able to trail the
boat and be able to go faster in places if they chose. They will soon go by
boat to Jacksnoville to complete the loop then trail the boat back to
Fairhope.
