GL: Anchoring near NYC

The ferry service from Atlantic Highlands is approximately 35 minutes to the
foot of Wall Street on the East River with a second stop at 35th Street on the
East River in about 55 minutes total time.  It is fairly expensive, but you
can save some $$ by going off peak commuter times.
