That's the nub of the issue. He doesn't care what Washington law is. He  
enforces Florida law. I tried to explain what Texas law (has since changed) was  
to him once and he explained back to be that I wasn't in Texas anymore. So I  
registered my boat in Florida, thus had a state registered and a documented  
boat.

How do they handle US DOCUMENTATED boat ?   I am from Washington State and
they do have boat registration BUT mine IS  NOT Registered as it is
DOCUMENTED.



What is the Florida Law  ???
