GL: Venice Water Nazi & Savanah Marina

Venice Water Nazi: Luckily we didn't get stopped by him when we went thru last
year, but it really undermines my warm fuzzy feelings toward Venice. I'd be
curious to find out the economic impact to the Venice economy when boaters
bypass Venice to avoid him. While officers need to feel safe to pursue their
job, they also need to use discretion and if they don't they need to be reined
in.
 
Also curious, what the comment about him being the first responder to an
accident was for? So what, if he was on duty at the time that's whe he gets
paid. It's dumb luck it was him and not another officer on duty that day. From
what I've heard, water patrol is a position most police officers would kill to
get.
 
Savannah Marina: If you are willing to drive to Brunswick (1 hour by car),
Brunswick landing marina is a nice option at a lower price.
