Here is a pretty good website for finding what you are looking for:

books.  The marina in Spanish may be a good bet for you, and it is a 
pretty good place to stop.

An alternative would be to load several 5 gallon fuel jugs.  You are 
going to have to go a lot further than 100 miles without refueling 
while on the Loop.  I'm thinking you may need to find a buddy boat 
that can go with you and carry fuel for you.  50 miles isn't very far 
in Loop terms.
