GL: the last looper

To Capt. Sterling and all Loopers:

We're also on the loop--- and have met a few boats that are on it. Some that
we meet have done it already, and are going back to see places that they feel
that they rushed through the first time. It does seem that there are fewer
cruisers on the water this year, compared to other years.

We're at Waterford, waiting for mail. Will hopefully enter the canal tomorrow.
