GL: Erie Canal Closure

The Erie Canal is now completely up and running once again.

Also, the Canal Corp's 100+ year old museum tugboat Urger is up and running 
once again after a recent "incident" and will pass my dock within the hour 
on her way for a 2week stay at Whitehall.  After that, Monday June 28th, 
the Urger will lead a flotilla of some 24 steamboats down the Champlain 
Canal ... and stay that night in my harbor, and then continue down the 
Champlain for the 4th of July Steamboat Meet there.
