GL: Western Erie Canal Closing

I just spoke with the Marina Manager at  Mid-Lakes Navigation in Macedon,
NY about this closure. He tells me that a hydraulic dredge sunk quickly at
her mooring overnight this weekend. Vandalism is a strong suspicion. It
should not take more than a day or two to clear things up.
