GL: Legrace in Chesapeake City MD [correction]

Regarding Chesapeake City, we entered (and departed) at mid-tide with a
5'11" draft maintaining at least two feet under the keel by favoring the
*EAST* side of the entrance (50-75' from the bulkhead).  The shoaling
reported is on the West side of the entrance.
