GL: Fort Edward

At lunch time today, I drove past the Fort Edward Yacht Basin, and noted a 
dredge appeared to be in the middle of chewing away on that sand bar at the 
bridge, that for so many years has blocked deep draft boats from entering 
the Yacht Basin.

I can't get anyone official to confirm this ... lots of secrecy around here 
... but I'll keep an eye on it and report back if it turns out to be true.
