Better bump your fuel price assumption up to $5/gallon, not $3. It was $5 
last summer and that is the best history you have for an upper bound. You 
need to calculate costs at the worst case condition, not the best condition. 
If your actual costs come in UNDER the budget then you will be happy. If it 
comes in HIGHER than your budget, you wont be happy.

Same for your marina transient slip fees
Guesstimate max of $50 per night seems low. Some marinas can be $4 per ft 
per night.
