You have to clean it and kill it. After cleaning with Scrubbing Bubbles, I followed-up with Lysol Disinfecting Spray. It worked, but this was a refrigerator with a glass and plastic interior. I *think* that the correct dilution of Clorox would do as well for the killing, but I've had a few accidents with Clorox so it's not my first choice. Ron Rogers
