GL: A new spin off on Canadian Poop

At the risk of really stirring the pot I was talking to the other
instructor at the scuba class we teach last night. He subscribes to 
Pacific Yachting (I think that was the name) but he mentioned an article
there that Canadian politicians are looking at legislating
the installation and use of grey water tanks for all the fresh water lakes
in Canada and also within any no discharge ocean/sea area.

Before everyone goes ballistic, are there any list members who get this
magazine and can comment on the truthfulness of the article?
