Come on guys, our frozen friends in Canada have their own problems to worry 
about right now.  The Poopie Police are not out on the water at this time 
of year, the water is frozen and the polar bears are loose.

A friend told me, who was there, (and this is secound hand) The Canadian  
Police are OVERWHELMED just with the drunks, not to worry about the
