George,
How about the Waterford Loop?
That's
where I shove off from my dock in Fort Edward NY, Lock 7 Champlain
Canal, and head down to Waterford to meet my ne'er-do-well friends on
the commercial boats there for drinking, carrousing and an occasional
bit of piracy, then the next morning, make bail and then head back up
to Fort Edward. Makes a lovely weekend trip and we certainly do "get
looped".
Does that count?
