Does anyone know of a good inexpensive canvas shop for enclosures in or
around
Warwick, RI?
Need canvas work done on helm of my 1994 39' Carver 355, primarily replacing
the two front window flaps.
Would also like to enclose the rear of the helm and rear of lower deck.
Getting ready to do the Eastern portion of the Great Loop from Warwick, RI
to Lake Okee, FL, across the
Florida cut, and up the Gulf/West Coast to Mississippi River, beginning in
the first week of April (if all goes
well).
Have ordered complete set of Waterway Guides and Bob's Books, already have
NOAA Electronic Charts
and Fuwagi Marine ENC navigation planning software for PC and IPhone which
interfaces with most GPS',
including MS Streets w/GPS and Earthmate GPS. Will also interface with the
Raymarine GPS on the boat.
Am currently planning the routing on this software, figuring 60nm a day
running only in daylight hours. Fuel
capacity is 318 gal with consumption about 3-4 gph on the Merc Cruiser 454s.
Waiting on delivery of the Guides
and Bob's Books to factor in fuel stops, sight seeing and anchorages.
