GL: Broadband cards

A big item you want to look at is the coverage maps for the different
companies. Look at where you expect to be cruising and if they have coverage.

I'm not familiar with the T-mobile plan for $25. What does it include? Do you
then pay seperately for the data that you use? The sprint and at&t plans for
$60 include 5 gig of data/month, which is more than most people will use. I
work from the boat every day with moderately heavy use and have never broken 3
gig. If the marina has wi-fi it is usually faster so I use that which keeps
the broadband usage down.

By the way, with the new 5 gig limits, at&t (and the other compainies) would
love for you to be a U-tube junkie or to stream movies. Once you hit the 5 gig
limit they start charging by the kilobyte at big prices.
