GL: Paduca Marina?

I spoke with Paducah City officials two weeks ago about this project. It is 
currently two years behind schedule and is still waiting for results from an 
environmental impact study and approval from the Feds to proceed. It is not 
known when this approval will be forthcoming. Current plans are proceed with 
construction once approval is obtained, but completion is a couple of years 
away, at least.
