What about the separate requirements for a cruising permit and the
requirement to report upon entry and departure from every darned port? I
really need to understand these requirements for a Swedish couple here in my
marina who have registered their previously US boat in Sweden and will
proudly fly the Swedish flag. The boat won't be entering since it is already
here!
