GL: Solar fans?

As new boat owners, my husband and I are learning the lines and trying to
make our new home-away-from-home as comfortable as possible.  We have a
MacGregor 27M and our current goal is to find the best fan/dehumidifier for
it.  We've seen a number of solar powered fan/vents and are wondering what
your experiences are and what you would recommend - to use or stay away
from!
