I have used both Fugawi www.fugawi.com and Coastal Explorer with success. Fugawi is considerably cheaper than CE They both accept NOAA raster and S-57 charts and Fugawi will also accept Navionics chart cards (with a proprietary card reader which is not too expensive). J.E.
