True, and all well and good.
But anyone on a boat should be aware that the medical response time to a
need on a boat is usually FAR GREATER than if on land.
That has to be consciously dealt with.
Extra steps and precautions are prudent in the case of a known medical
problem history, such as heart disease, etc.
