Subject: GL: New York & Connecticut River

I'm buying a new boat in Hartford, CT and would like to
bring it down the Conn. River then up the Hudson and do the
canals, spending a few days doing the NYC thing. I've been
reading all the threads about NYC (THANKS) good info to
have. We are rank novices, and this is a new boat - any
special cautions, points of interest or ???
