GL: Closed Illinois?

The river is currently closed from MM102 to MM80 due to debris and strong current.  The river remains open to commerical vessel traffic.  

Based upon current water levels, it is not expected to reopen to recreational boaters until sometime after Monday.

Hi,
 
Could you give us an update on the closing of the Illinois river? We are  
about to sail to Chicago and do not want to end up in the traffic jam at  
Heritage Marina. The last we read the river was closed from mile marker 199 to  50.
