GL: Eastern Erie Canal bridge clearance

Carl,

I dunno!  My boat is now permanently rigged for 14.5 feet so I easily
clear everything on the entire NY canal system.  I think you should all dump
your boats and get American Tugs.  It is the perfect solution, ya know.

Hey Fred, I thought the electrical overpass at the
Phoenix, NY (on the  
Oswego)  Dam was 19 ft.
