GL: Waterford Tugboat Roundup

The Waterford Tugboat Roundup was a great success this year.  A good time was
had by all, and even though it rained part of Saturday, the weekend was still
a terrific event.

In spite of many comments from the steel tug crews about
"tupperware", my boat Tug 44 took 2nd place in the People's Choice awards.  A
big "Thank You" to all of you that voted!  

The Tugboat Parade was Friday,
and our crew included Jeremy Bell & Janet Crane of Tug Tardis (aka Tug 48),
Will Van Dorp of the "tugster" website, and Don Sutherland, photographer for
Marine News.  Great folks, all.

The fireworks on Sunday night  were
absolutely fabulous!
