GL: Mud Berth Storage.

I think mud would be squeezed up into bottom thru hulls as the boat  settles. 
maybe close the seacocks but some might still get up  into the  area outside 
the valve. You could blow it out with pressure water before  the next use. I 
had this happen when I lowered my Camano on a hoist into  low water and it 
touched bottom in some soft mud.
