I do not put antifreeze or anything else in the fresh water tank. Instead,
after emptying the tank, I pull the tank hose and place the hose in a bottle
of antifreeze and pump the antifreeze directly into the system. It is
difficult to get all the water out of the tank so that residual water
dilutes the antifreeze. But more importantly, it's difficult to get all of
the antifreeze out of the tank in the spring. A small amount of water left
in the tank will not cause a problem freezing.

I would seriously consider shrinkwrapping or covering the boat. Any small
gel coat crazing or deck fittings, etc could get small amounts of moisture
from snow sitting on them and the freeze/thaw cycle isn't good for that.
Plus snow that sits warms and freezes and you get a heavy coat of ice.
Cockpit scuppers will clog with ice and debris and can cause problems
including the cracking of the scuppers.
