GL: Winterizing

      Here's my list for a Monk 36 with single engine, generator, and dinghy 
with outboard motor

      Dinghy & Motor





     Stabil into fuel tank




     Run motor for 10 minutes in fresh water


     Stow motor




     Turn dinghy upside down, clean bottom


     Let dry, inside & out




     Deflate and stow









      Boat






     Bring in pennants and burgees


     Pumpout





     Isolate and drain hot water heater


     Empty nearly fresh water tank



     A/F into fresh water tank



     Run water through all 4 outlets



     A/F into holding tank through both heads


     A/F into shower sump



     A/F into water tank




     Clean & Dry bilge




     Fill fuel tanks




     Close underwater seacocks



     Leave seacock & fuel valve status note


     Pull Water Speed & Temp plug



     Turn off propane




     Set up space heaters




     Leave hatches open




     Bring in remote temperature sensor


     Cover Bimini and Flybridge



     Remove Boom and lower Mast








      Engine





     pump coolant thru raw water



     Change oil & filter




     Change racor filter




     Close fuel tank valves




     Flush coolant & renew



     Change impeller in Spring








      Generator





     pump coolant thru raw water



     Change oil & filter




     Change racor filter




     Flush coolant & renew



     Change impeller in Spring
