GL: Guides for E side of Florida & Bahamas ??

We will be leaving the keys around the first of February, heading up  the 
east coast of Florida and eventually jumping off to the Bahamas from  the West 
Palm area.  
 
What guides are suggested both for the East coast of Florida as well  as the 
Bahamas???  We have never been to either before, so am looking  for the most 
informative bang for the buck.
