GL: Avoiding state income tax

When I took delivery of my new boat in Florida they told me that I after the
first 90 days of ownership, I had to leave for six months. I did that and
now to register my six month fifty five foot boat in Florida costs me $129
and I have never paid sales tax anywhere. We are registered in Delaware
also.
