GL: Avoiding state income tax

Washington does not have a state income tax.  Oregon is a great place to
register a boat....$50.  No sales tax.

  would like to avoid the bite.  I currently plan to register the boat  in
  Delaware to avoid sales tax, now the next step is to avoid the income tax
also.
