GL: Cruising the Rideau

We are planning to cruise the Rideau this Fall.
In preparation for the trip we've discovered that the minimum depth for the
Rideau can be

as little as 5'. We draw 4'10". B We're a DeFever 44.

We'd like to draw upon the experience of others and we're wondering how many
of

you draw close to 5' and what your experience on the Rideau may have been.
