GL: Mildew

Good question. I did try to locate a source also with no avail.B  We
purchased it from the Glades Boat Storage office in Moore Haven, FL. I
did call and was advised that it is PARA FORMALDEHYDE.B  Their source was
from SUN PAK or GPS. I tried high and low and cannot find it online. I
wish the yard could have given me more info. Maybe you would have better
luck. It did a great job for us.
